The module of the Leadership & Communication of the EAU Talent Incubator Programme will specifically target your leadership and communication skill set which are crucial in the fast-paced and demanding aspects of your career. Enhance your non-medical competencies such as work and time management; conflict resolution; building professional relationships; leadership skills, and excel in providing more homogeneous urological care.
What to expect
The YUO programme will have a duration of 2.5 days and cover vital topics such as:
- Decision-making for individuals and groups
- Negotiating and influencing
- Assertiveness in the workplace
- Presenting yourself well in a range of work situations
- How to get the best out of your team, to name a few.

- Your up-to-date CV
- A short written motivation letter
- A 2-minute video pitch on why you would like to join the programme

Refreshments and snacks during coffee breaks, lunch, and a participant's dinner on Thursday, 8 January 2026, are included.
