E-course: Can PSMA PET/CT spare extended pelvic lymph node dissection in high-risk prostate cancer?
In this e-course, we will discuss the growing role of molecular imaging, particularly PSMA PET/CT, in the preoperative staging of patients with high-risk prostate cancer undergoing radical prostatectomy.

The main aims are to scrutinise the benefits, pitfalls, and challenges of this novel staging pathway, and to examine the current evidence and guidelines on the indications of pelvic lymph node dissection at the time of radical prostatectomy.
