The experts will discuss diagnostic strategies for urological infections in outpatient care, including clinical and laboratory approaches for accurate diagnosis. They will address the challenges in distinguishing between bacterial and non-bacterial rUTIs and examine the role of urine cultures, antimicrobial resistance testing, and emerging biomarkers.

The UROwebinar will explore evidence-based treatment approaches and antibiotic stewardship for rUTIs, drawing on the latest guidelines for antibiotic selection and resistance prevention, as well as the application of non-antibiotic prophylactic strategies (e.g., immunomodulators and probiotics). The experts will also present a case-based discussion on optimising treatment for patients.

Focusing on preventive measures and long-term management strategies, the UROwebinar will address behavioural, dietary, and lifestyle modifications to reduce UTI recurrence, as well as examine the role of pelvic floor therapy, bladder training, and self-care interventions. Participants will also gain insights into future trends (e.g., digital health, telemedicine, and patient education initiatives).
